「金持ちはより金持ちに、貧乏人はより貧乏に」（かねもちはよりかねもちに、びんぼうにんはよりびんぼうに、英語: The rich get richer and the poor get poorer）は、パーシー・ビッシュ・シェリーによる英語の格言である。詩集『』（1821年執筆、1840年刊行）の中で、シェリーは次のように書いている。 [The promoters of utility had] exemplified the saying, "To him that hath, more shall be given; and from him that hath not, the little that he hath shall be taken away." The rich have become richer, and the poor have become poorer; and the vessel of the State is driven between the Scylla and Charybdis of anarchy and despotism.（功利主義者は）「持てる人は、与へられていよいよ豊かならん。されど持たぬ者は、その持てる物をも取らるべし」という格言を例証した。金持ちはより金持ちになり、貧乏人はより貧乏になった。そして国家という船は、無政府主義と専制主義というに押し流された。
